Office Coffee

Buying for an office?

If the office already owns the machine, you don't need an office coffee program. You need beans that arrive before anyone notices they're low, at a price nobody questions.

Here's the working. Ten people drinking two cups a day get through eight or nine kilos a month, so most offices land on the 10kg bracket arriving monthly on a standing order. That's $300 delivered, or $30 a kilo, which is genuinely inside the band cafés pay for the same grade. A smaller crew runs the same setup on the 4kg.

  • 4kg: $136 one-time, or $128 on a standing order ($32/kg)
  • 10kg: $320 one-time, or $300 on a standing order ($30/kg)

Medium or Dark, whole bean only, delivery included at these quantities. Pay by card or invoice, and there's a GST receipt either way for the books.

What you won't get: a contract, a minimum term, a rep, a quarterly review, or a pitch about upgrading the machine. The standing order runs until you change it. If the kitchen runs dry mid-month, order a one-off top-up; if the office doubles, double the order. All of it happens in the account, and nobody rings you.
